Get to know a little more about Gillian Robb, Northern Ireland lifestyle commercial photographer and family portrait photographer.

The light trails of a yellow NYC taxi on Fifth Avenue one evening on a business trip inspired me to pick up a camera and learn to create amazing scenes myself.

Having left corporate life in the City to pursue my dream, my life as a professional photographer is now all about moments – light hitting a favourite outfit I helped style, the laughs and giggles on a shoot, the tear in a family member’s eye, a new little family, the smile when the album arrives, a beautiful framed piece with pride of place in the home…

I’m a 30-something lifestyle family, portrait and commercial photographer.

I love helping growing businesses tell their visual and brand story through imagery that shows off their products and professionals at their best. My passion is to help bring a brand story to life so entrepreneurs can show the market their vision .

I believe in capturing memories and marking milestones for families through bright, contemporary imagery and creating keepsakes, heirlooms, stylish art for the home. I work with families at their homes, second homes or on location at the other special places that matter most to them.

When I’m not behind the lens I love to travel, indulge in some snowboarding, yoga, the odd spa day, or eat out with my family and friends. I love a good cocktail, can’t live without my morning coffee and I’m generally never to be found too far from a Tunnock’s Teacake! I’m always happiest by the coast.

My wanderlust has led me all over the world capturing people, places and memories… I spent over a decade living in London before relocating and coming back to my roots in my homeland of Northern Ireland, where I now live by the sea in County Down, near the people and places I love most.

I work on location all across Northern Ireland, the UK, Republic of Ireland and destinations abroad on request.
